Norman Seton
Norman is a PGA Professional and Performance Coach with extensive experience coaching junior golfers across South Africa, the United Kingdom and the United States. He has worked in golf academies, schools and high-performance environments, helping young players develop both on and off the course.
His approach combines technical coaching with mentoring, helping players improve how they practise, prepare and perform. He focuses on building the habits, mindset and decision-making skills that encourage confidence, independence and resilience.
Rick Valentine
Rick is the founder of RV Golf Schools and a PGA Fellow Professional. He has run junior golf camps since 2003, developed school golf academies and coached the Scottish Women’s Team. His eight years as a school housemaster also inform the care and support he brings to camp life.
Oli is a specialist putting coach and AimPoint green-reading expert who works with tour professionals, college golfers and amateur players.
He joins RVGS for a few days during each camp to help golfers develop their putting technique and green-reading skills.
Freddie is an RV Golf Schools Camp Director and a former Asian Tour player. He is Director of Golf at Wellington College and has also spent time as an assistant housemaster.
He brings tournament experience to his coaching, helping golfers with course management and preparation for competitive play. His pastoral experience also supports the care and encouragement he provides throughout camp.
